I took one of the Apartmento's home last week to test it out in the right context, my own bed. I gave it a good hard sleep in the bed and ran it through the washing machine in the morning. The results? These are perfect for winter. I don't know what it is, might have something to do with the microfibre but my quilt was much warmer than usual. I actually got up at around 1 am and turned off the heater. The covers look fantastic; bright, colourful and contemporary, naturally I was worried about how they would fare in the wash. I put it in the machine with one of my white shirts to test for colour leakage. Of course, there was no leakage and as far as I can tell the colours remained bright and well defined post-wash. It definitely lives up to the easy-care label on the packaging.

Right now, I can't hear them, I'm so comfortably warm I feel like curling into a little ball, and hiding under my desk.
