When the device plugged into the Master socket is turned off (ie, turning off your TV using the remote as usual), all the Slave sockets lose power, completely turning off all devices plugged into the Slave sockets and eliminating standby power consumption, making it easier for you to save energy. And the board also has a row of constant sockets that stay powered all the time for those devices that you don’t want off – like clocks, charging docks etc. Pretty nifty, huh?
